Hello, I want to talk about how meditation can change your mind and the way to see your life.
I start to meditate since the quarantine starts. It is not simple, its very difficult at first. You have to focus only in your breating, and you are all the time thinking in all the others things except breating jaja. There are many videos on youtube about this.
How it change my life? Well I was very anxius all my life, but with the meditation with the pass of time I reduced it. You have to practice every day, you can start with 10 or 5 minutes a day and with the pass of time you can meditate 30 minutes without noticing, its amazing!.
So if you want to do something that makes you fell good, spend part of your time doing it, because this will help you in your day to day and its important to feel calm these days.

Personally, I think, I couldn't meditate, I'm too distracted haha
