POST 8 >> A SUBJECT YOU'VE ENJOYED STUDYING THIS SEMESTER

Hello everyone! The subject I love this semester is: socioemotional skills for life, is it a class that you can learn about how to control anxiety that is perfect for this online semestre and other abilities like know yourself through different activities that are very interactive and fun and that can help you in life. For example I learn about feelings, and how to control negative emotions that can ruin a relationship. It is very interesting to have a class like this because its different and it teaches you basic thing that a normal person should handle.

I think that the thing I like the most is the fact that this asignature is carried out by a psychologist, and what better than a psychologist to talk about emotional skills?.

The main contents that we have seen are: emotions, know yourself, anxiety, depression and controlling stress.

I think that everyone should take this subject because its optional but its helps you a lot in topics that are really important in life that university itself doesnt teach you, i hope you take my recommendation!

Hi classmates, hi professor. The website that i choose is https://www.sciencedirect.com/  It is a website that you can find any article you want. Is it amazing the amount of information that you have here. You have a filter that makes searching easier, like.. keywords, year, etc of your articles.
You can find information about whatever you want here and its very useful for those people that are making a new product, for example, if you want to know more about polyphenols to do a food suplement or to know more about vitamins or studies about how to loss weight, etc. You can also find that information here.
I start to visit this website from second year of university and it helps me a lot, this year I use it every week.
I like this website because it provides me a lot of useful information and it is a good tool for everyone who is in the university of chile because you need to be part of this university to download the files, if you are not, you only can see a few part of the articles, like the introduction and some tables and graphs.

POST 6 >> FREE/THEMED POST

Hello, I want to talk about how meditation can change your mind and the way to see your life.

I start to meditate since the quarantine starts. It is not simple, its very difficult at first. You have to focus only in your breating, and you are all the time thinking in all the others things except breating jaja. There are many videos on youtube about this.

How it change my life? Well I was very anxius all my life, but with the meditation with the pass of time I reduced it. You have to practice every day, you can start with 10 or 5 minutes a day and with the pass of time you can meditate 30 minutes without noticing, its amazing!.
So if you want to do something that makes you fell good, spend part of your time doing it, because this will help you in your day to day and its important to feel calm these days.

POST 5 >> A PHOTOGRAPH YOU LIKE



Hello, welcome to my blog again! Here is one of my favorites photos, maybe it"s not the best photo that you have seen but, it have a very especial meaning right now.
The person that is hugging me is my aunt, this reflects a moment that everything was okey and we are all in family in christmas eve. My dad took the photo. She is one of my favorites persons in the world and I love her like a mom. Right now she is living in Algarrobo and I cant see her, but the worst thing is that she is with covid 19 positive and she live alone. I choose this photo because it gives me strenght and all I want right now is that she gets better.
All I can say is that we have to enjoy our family, our friends, because life is unpredictable and we cant say that tomorrow it well be all okey because its not. But we have to stay strong and posite and happy like my photo! :D
